Almost bought one from target with less games/features for more money!! Looked on Walmart and got this watch for half the price with more games and activities. My son absolutely loves this watch. My son does not play on tablets or has a phone so he loves it and feels empowered by this device. Low quality camera but for a kid who does not have that already he loves it.

Good idea didn't have the functions i thought

Be careful having items shipped from Walmart! I received my delivery, but it had been opened and resealed with clear tape. I am so upset with the shipping process yet again. I hope it isn't damaged, but I won't know until I give it to my granddaughter on CHRISTmas.

Very disappointed again.

Delivery was fast. The watch came with camera error and can't be opened to take photos. Worst of all, they don't answer my claims

DAMAGED WATCH

Someone (from accounts team) should have waited for my acknowledgment at least.
After all I am waiting on the line for so long. He simply sent a message that he is going to do a refund and left the conversation. It makes sense if I am offline but, I was online. Following his messages.. replying promptly until then.

Anyway, just wanna share that.

Support team

1st.. did not come with instructions or manual.  2nd.. worked for part of the day,  then assert fail error code comes in and locked the phone.  Can't turn it off, can't hit the reset button (did nothing),  can't take out battery to reset it.  This error code just stays on the screen 24-7 without being able to do anything. 
3rd..  No company send to have any idea about this phone,  nobody knows who to email or write to about it.  
4th... nothing on internet when asking about this code or how to fix.  
 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WATCH TO ANYONE.  unless they want a sad child to deal with.

Terrible quality/ electronics

My son finally got to open this watch on Christmas morning and the watch wont even turn on, Im very disappointed. I feel like I just wasted my money on this watch that he will not be able to use. I bought this about a month ago to avoid last minute shop but now its been over 30 days so I cant even return this anymore! Worst purchase ever! I already charged it for over an hour and it still doesn't turn on!
